8TH GRADE HEALTH
Richard H. Rogers
Health and Wellness is a combination of physical, mental/emotional, and social well-being. Total health is sometimes pictured as a triangle. This shape best reflects the three sides of health. This course will discuss the physical, mental/emotional, and social well being of teenagers and how to maintain proper health and wellness and deal with adversity.
